DC and Christmas

For Christmas this year, we went to DC to meet up with Ben's family. Because we were flying on Christmas eve, we asked Santa if he could come to our house a little early.

Ben was so proud he hung the stockings with care:-)

Justin was cute!! He decided he was going to help dad trim the tree with his chainsaw.

Christmas Day just isn't complete without a visit from the Fairfax County Fire Department. At least it was a false alarm. But the kids wanted pictures so we seized the opportunity.

We had fun going to the museums.
Crazy store:We went back into the Air and Space Museum in DC, a second time; pass through their security checkpont, a second time; only to have them seize our camera bag temporarily to investigate an anomaly... a box cutter that I got while secret shopping and I forgot it was in my camera case ! The same box cutter apparently, that TSA did not pick up in SLC on their scanning machines before we boarded the flight!!! Luckily I did not get in trouble and it was just thrown away.

Very humbling day at Arlington and a very exhausted daughter.

Looks like you went to some neat places in DC. I like the picture of the wreaths on every grave.
